  This "KBC WIN@9" ("Contest") is a skill based online quiz game played as a part of the show "Kaun Banega Crorepati" ("Show") which is being produced and broadcasted by Culver Max Entertainment Private Limited (formerly known as Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited) ("Broadcaster/ CMEPL") for initial exhibition on the channel Sony Entertainment Television ("Channel") and which is being hosted and made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("ASSPL"/ "Amazon"). Please read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.   The KBC WIN@9 Mega Prize Contest

  
  

  Additionally, Amazon shall conduct a mega prize Contest ("Mega Prize Contest") wherein three (3) winners will be selected by random draw of lots from the participants who have participated in at least fifteen (15) Contest Dates during the Contest Duration and answered the Daily Contest question correctly on such Contest Dates ("Mega Prize Winners"). Amazon will announce the Mega Prize Winners details on January 15, 2026, on Amazon.in App.

  2. Once you have signed-in to the Amazon.in App, you can participate by navigating to the URL https:// www.amazon.in/kbc on a mobile device or clicking on the banner "KBC WIN@9" on 'FunZone' page (accessible from the hamburger menu on mobile) on Amazon.in App whenever the Contest Period occurs.

  3. Select Language Preference (English/Hindi).

  4. Click on the "Play Now" tab and answer the quiz question to participate in the Daily Contest.

  5. Thereafter, if you answer the quiz question correctly, you will be eligible to enter a lucky draw which will be conducted amongst participants who have answered that particular question correctly.

  6. The draw of lots will be carried out after each Contest Period and a total of 20 participants will be selected as winners of the Daily Contest in connection with each Contest Date by a random draw of lots.

  7. Any entry / participation in the Contest is not transferrable.

  The KBC WIN@9 Contest PRIZES

  
  

  Daily Contest

  
  

  Each declared winner of the Daily Contest ("Daily Contest Winner") will be eligible to win a Prize as specified below.

  
  

  Only with respect to the Contest Dates of September 22, 2025 (Episode 31) and September 23, 2025 (Episode 32), five (5) Daily Contest Winners per day will each receive INR 1,00,000/- (Indian Rupees One Lakh only) as an Amazon Pay Gift.

  For all other Contest Dates, twenty (20) Daily Contest Winners per day will each receive INR 5,000/- (Indian Rupees Five Thousand only) as an Amazon Pay Gift Card.

  All Prizes will be credited into the respective Daily Contest Winner's Amazon Pay Balance (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Prize(s)"). There is a total of 1,870 individual Prizes that will be given under this Daily Contest during the Contest Duration. The Prize will be credited to the winner before the start of the next day's episode, subject to the winner providing all required documentation as requested by Amazon and subject to these T&Cs.

  Mega Prize

  Each Mega Prize Winner shall be awarded a gratification of INR 10,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) by Amazon ("Mega Prize"). The Mega Prize will be provided in the form of 100 Amazon Pay Gift Card(s) of INR 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each on January 15, 2026, which will be credited into Mega Prize Winner's Amazon Pay Balance. Amazon reserves the right to seek, and you agree to provide such information and documentation and extend such cooperation as required for this purpose, if selected as a Mega Prize Winner. For the avoidance of doubt, participants who have won the Prize of Rs. 5,000/- shall remain eligible for the Mega Prize.

  PLAYING RULES

  
  

  1. For participating in the Contest, from August 18, 2025, every day between Monday to Friday from 9:00:00 PM onwards, you will have to answer a question as displayed on

  the Amazon.in App within the stipulated time.

  2. For the Daily Contest, the stipulated time to answer a question is from Monday to Friday starting at 9:00 pm on the Contest Date until 2:00 pm on the following day i.e., the Contest Period.

  3. You could lose the opportunity to play one or more questions, in any of the following scenarios: (a) Where you answers a call / message / etc. on the device where you are playing the Daily Contest or watching a video on the Contest; (b) Where you exit the application being used by you in the course of playing the Contest or watching a video on the Daily Contest; (c) Where there is a network drop or battery drain-out in the course of playing the Daily Contest or watching a video on the Daily Contest; (d) Where the device on which Daily Contest is being played hangs during the course of playing the Daily Contest or watching a video on the Contest; or (e) Where the Daily Contest or your ability to play the Contest is affected by any other network / IT / phone issues.

  4. Once the "Submit" button has been pressed, you will not be allowed to change the answer. Please note that you must select the answer option and press the "Submit" button within the stipulated time, i.e., the Contest Period.

  5. Post submission of the answer, you will not be permitted to modify / alter / change the answer submitted.

  6. Only the answers received within the stipulated time (Contest Period) will be considered valid.

  7. Amazon will not entertain any claims / questions / queries with respect to the authenticity or correctness of any questions and answers for the questions asked in any round of the Daily Contest. Amazon's decision on the correctness or incorrectness of any answer is final and binding on you. 8. Amazon has the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility. The failure to provide proof or affidavit of eligibility, including the proof of name, address and correct date of birth or any other documentation required under these T&Cs upon request by Amazon may result in disqualification from the Contest.   ODDS OF WINNING

  
  

  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the 'Details of the Contest and the How to Enter' section above.

  PRIZE DRAWING

  1. From the participants in the Daily Contest who have answered the Daily Contest question for each Contest Date correctly, such Contest participants shall be entered into a random draw of lots. For the Contest Dates of September 22, 2025 (Episode 31) and September 23, 2025 (Episode 32), five (5) winners will be chosen. For all other Contest Dates, twenty (20) winners will be chosen. For the sake of further clarity, Amazon shall conduct the shortlisting and winner determination process for Daily Contest with the help of a randomizer software. The registered Amazon.in App account first name and surname of the selected Daily Contest Winners and the three (3) Mega Prize Winners will be displayed on www.amazon.in/winners. You give consent to Amazon to display your registered Amazon.in App account first name and surname in case you are selected as the Contest winner.

  2. The Contest winner determination will be on the basis of the correct answer provided by the participants while playing the Contest for that particular Contest Date during the Contest Period. The participants who have answered the Daily Contest question correctly for that particular Contest

  Date will become eligible to enter the random draw of lots and for being chosen as the Daily Contest Winner.

  3. Where more than the specified number of Daily Contest Winners for that particular Contest Date have answered correctly in a Daily Contest question for any day, the Daily Contest Winner(s) will be determined with the help of randomizer software developed specifically for the purpose of selection of the Daily Contest winner(s). The randomizer will use an appropriate method of selecting winners to break the tie, at the discretion of Amazon. In the event of a software failure, or for any other reason, Amazon may adopt any other methodology or criteria at its sole discretion to select Contest winners from amongst the eligible participants, depending upon requirement and availability of time.

  4. Participants with the same PAN and Aadhar ID documents participating through multiple mobile numbers will be treated as the same user for the purpose of any gratification.

  5. Amazon shall have the sole discretion to modify the number of winners per prize category and the winners hereby undertake not to question or to make any claims against the same and further Broadcaster shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever in this regard.

  6. Once declared as a Daily Contest Winner, the Prize amount will be credited into the Daily Contest Winner's Amazon Pay Balance. Specifically, for Contest play on 22nd and 23rd September 2025, five (5) Daily Contest Winners each day will receive INR 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) as Amazon Pay Gift Card each. For Contest play on all other days during the Contest Period, twenty (20) Daily Contest Winners each day will receive INR 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) as Amazon Pay Gift Card each. For Mega Prize Winners, the Mega Prize amount will be provided in the form of 100 Amazon Pay Gift Card(s) of INR 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each which will be credited into Mega Prize Winner's Amazon Pay Balance and the winner will be notified via email/SMS (registered with their account) once the prize amount has been credited.

  7. The Contest winners will need to ensure that their mobile numbers and/or other contact details are correctly updated in order to claim this gratification.

  8. Amazon shall have the sole discretion to decide whether or not to declare the Contest winners or the manner in which the Contest winners are announced, and the Contest winners hereby undertake not to question or to make any claims against the manner in which the names of the Contest winners are declared.

  9. Amazon and/or its authorized agents, affiliates and representatives will rely upon only such information as may be provided by the Contest winner at the time of participation in the Contest (or registration on the Amazon.in App). The participants are hereby required to keep their information updated.

  10. Each Prize and Mega Prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, Amazon may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Contest within the time period communicated by Amazon, or answers the Contest question incorrectly, he/she shall not be eligible to be declared winner of the Prize.

  11. Amazon may refuse to pay Prize and/or Mega Prize or reclaim all Prize and/or Mega Prize paid to Contest winners in the event of any fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement on the part of any of such winner(s) to participate in the Contest under the T&Cs as well as delay/refusal to submit requested documents/ information on time.

  SYSTEMS AND AVAILABILITY

  1. Amazon will not be responsible for any break or disconnection or disruption in network connectivity in any manner, irrespective of the network being used. Network issues can disrupt various aspects of the Contest such as receipt of questions and answer options, receipt of any sound, text, image or audio files related to the question, receipt of answer chosen by the participant, etc. You are advised to remain in an area with a strong and stable/ continuous mobile network signal of the telecom operator or internet service provider to ensure smooth functioning of the Contest.

  2. Any loss or outrage or dissatisfaction suffered in the course of playing the Contest by a participant would not be the responsibility of Amazon and/or its associates/ affiliates and Amazon or its associates/affiliates will not be responsible to make good any such loss or dissatisfaction.

  3. All attempts will be made to protect the data from loss and corruption, but in the event such data loss happens, Amazon may have to continue with whatever data is available, or in any other manner as it may deem reasonable. Amazon should not be held responsible for any loss of data or the action taken on account of the same. Amazon will not be held responsible to make good any such loss or dissatisfaction on account of such loss.

  4. In the event the response of the participant is not for any reason received within the stipulated time period for the question, such participant's response would not be considered valid in the event that question(s) was correctly answered by the participant. The participant can however continue to answer questions once re-connected to the central Contest game server(s).

  5. For sake of clarity, you are advised to play the Contest through one device only. You will not allowed to make multiple entries. In case multiple entries are received from a participant for the same question, Amazon has the right to choose the first answer entry received from that participant or disqualify the participant, at its discretion. Scores calculated basis this will be considered final and binding on the participants.

  6. Prior to start of play of the Contest, the participant must check that the Amazon.in App is operational and functioning correctly. The participant is advised to keep adequate RAM and phone memory available to ensure smooth functioning of the Contest. Quitting other applications on the device will also help towards smoother gameplay in case of some phones.

  7. Participant is advised to keep the device from which the Contest is played, adequately charged.

  8. The server used to communicate with the participant has adequate redundancies built into it. However, in the rare cases, the server is down during the Contest Period or Contest Duration, Amazon will, at its discretion but not as an obligation, determine such measures as it may deem fit, including cancelling certain sections or segments or question(s) from being scored and/or awarding points to all the players for that section, or any other means at the discretion of Amazon.

  9. The participant acknowledges that all possible issues may not have been identified by Amazon and/or its partners and agrees to hold harmless Amazon and/or its partners for the application, network, process, technical or any other failures. Any losses, injury, discomfort, loss of privacy, inability to participate or any other discomfort of any sort caused to the participant or the participant's property or device shall not be the responsibility of Amazon or its partners.

  10. No person (i.e., either the participant, or any person on behalf of the participant) shall initiate litigation against Amazon or its partners in any manner without first providing the Amazon complaint at and providing the Amazon an opportunity to address the complaint.

  11. In case any unauthorized activity is observed on the Contest, that particular participant will be disqualified to play till such time as Amazon deems fit. Amazon would not be responsible in any manner whatsoever on account of such disqualification.

  12. Amazon shall not be liable for any failure of the application server or system in the course of playing the Contest. 13. Amazon shall endeavor to make all reasonably practicable arrangements, it cannot guarantee or assure seamless connectivity or continuous availability of the application, server, system or software to the participants during the conduct of the Contest as these are dependent on external utilities/ service providers and factors which could be beyond control of Amazon.

  14. Amazon and its sub-contractors are not responsible for delayed receipt or non-receipt or incomplete receipt or corrupt receipt of answers.

  15. Amazon accepts no liability and shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever in case the participant(s) are unable to participate in the Contest due to failure on the part of the telecom operator, facility provider, etc., or due to capacity constraints.

  16. It shall not be open for the participant(s) or any of their representatives to require an audit or verification of the randomizer/ selection software or any other criteria, process or system adopted by Amazon as part of the process of conduct of the Contest or selection of winners resulting therefrom. No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained in this regard.

  17. Amazon and/or its authorized agents, affiliates and representatives will rely upon only such information as may be provided by the Daily Contest Winners and/or the Mega Prize Winners at the time of participation in the Contest (or registration on the Amazon.in App). The participants are hereby required to keep their information updated.

  We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change the T&Cs by posting the revised version on the Amazon.in App or cancel the Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest or submission of entries. Your continued participation in the Contest after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified or updated terms. You agree that ASSPL and/or its affiliates have the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow. You agree that ASSPL and/ or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such materials, etc., and hereby release ASSPL and/ or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use.   This Contest is being made purely on a "best effort" and 'as is' basis, without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, and participating in this Contest is voluntary. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits/ Prizes / Mega Prize offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence. Nothing in these T&amp;Cs is intended to limit or exclude our liability to you for losses, to the extent such loss is caused by our gross negligence or criminal conduct.
